This is the USAV, JVA and AAU  event, R1 provided, all courts are in the Memphis Sports and Events Center, $499/team.

The deadline to withdraw from the tourney (with a refund minus $25 processing fee) is December 19th, 2023. Any requests (for any reason) to withdraw after December 19, 2023, will not receive a refund.

2-Day Tournament will begin on Saturday, January 20, 2024 (10-14's) and January 27, 2024 (15-18's).

The tournament will offer competition in these age divisions (strength going from to Club to Premier (strongest)):

Ticket Purchase Date & Time:

Please note that tickets will NOT be sold on site. All tickets for the tourney must be purchased online. They can be purchased the day of the tourney, they just MUST be purchased online

Ticket Pricing:

  • Weekend Passes (2 days): $25
  • Daily Passes (1 day): $15
  • Children 8 and under get in free

Entry Instructions:

  • Spectators must show their QR Code and ID AT FIRST TIME they enter the facility and they will receive a wristband for re-entry for the day.

Can I Share My Ticket:

  • No, tickets cannot be shared between individuals. Each ticket must be unique to an individual spectator. Tickets will have a first and last name assigned to the ticket.
  • Names on tickets can be changed to another name so long as the ticket has not been scanned. Once a ticket is scanned, it is no longer viable for a name change.

Refund Policy:

  • Once a tickets is purchased online, no refunds or replacements will be issued

Onsite Ticket Purchase:

  • There will be NO onsite ticket purchase. All purchases must be done online at (link will go live the Tuesday before the tourney)

  • Team Check-In will be done online
  • There will be no team check-in on Saturday.
Tournament Schedule
  • Will be posted on the AES Website by Thursday, 1/26/23.
  • You can access the schedule and updates to the scores live on using your iphone or android devices
  • AM Wave begins at 8AM; PM Wave begins at 2:30Pm.
  • For the AM wave, doors will open at 7:00AM for players and coaches and Doors will open at 7AM for spectators.
  • Court Entrances will be clearly marked.
  • Sometimes there are last minute changes to the schedule. Always check your playing schedule the night before and the morning of the tournament to be sure your play times have not changed.
  • Please allow plenty of time for parking and getting to your court! Parking is $10 at the Memphis Sports and Event Center


Last year Memphis tournament was a sold-out event with over 280 teams hosted on 20 courts and several teams on the waiting list. All entries will be accepted until deadline,however, the event reserves the right to change the number or date as necessary to accommodate requests and provide the best competition format in each age division. Please enter as soon as possible in order to optimally plan the format as well as to avoid placement on the waiting list.

There will be trainers at the venue.

Food, Chairs, etc
  • Memphis Sports and Events Center provides & controls all food items available for purchase at the tournament (including availability, cost, variety, etc).
  • NO outside Chairs or Coolers are allowed inside the Memphis Sports and Events Center

No outside food and coolers of any kind or size will be permitted in the playing venues. Neither Memphis Challenge or the playing venues will assume responsibility for coolers or providing a place for them. Please leave them at your hotel or in your car.

Chairs, large bags and luggage will not be permitted inside the playing venues. 

For all divisions, one coach, with Impact or higher certification, must be on the bench with the team at all times. (See the Delta Region USAV Tournament Manual for particulars.)

Memphis Challenge volleyball tournament will not be cancelled due to weather. It is the decision of each coach and/or club whether their team should attempt to travel to a tournament in bad weather. Teams deciding not to attend Memphis Challenge tournament  will not receive a refund of their tournament entry fee. In addition, those teams must notify the tournament director prior to the tournament that they will not participate.


Memphis Challenge is using University Athlete to provide electronic recruiting rosters to college coaches.  College coaches use the UA mobile app at the event to find and evaluate athletes with the custom schedule feature.  They upload their work to their online account and manage recruits from there.

UA obtains their rosters directly from (Registration system – AES, SportWrench, TM2Sign).  Sometimes there can be errors in the rosters, but your free UA Athlete profile will always overwrite incorrect data.  Log in to your free UA Athlete profile 1-2 weeks before this event and check two things:

  1. That you are listed in the roster (on the Roster tab)
  2. That the following critical information is correct:graduation year, scholarship status, email, and phone number
