Coach Rachel Theard is in her 1st season as a Memphis Metro Volleyball coach. Coach Rachel is currently working with Metro’s 17 National team, and is IMPACT certified. Outside of Metro, Coach Rachel has played 4 years with the University of Memphis Volleyball team. Coach Rachel finished out her career playing as a DS for Memphis.

Coach Rachel prepped at Mirabeau-B. Lamar High School, as an outside hitter and middle blocker. She helped lead Lamar to a 3rd place finish in the regional tournament and earned the honor of All District. She also helped her club team to a 3rd place finish at the Big South Qualifier as a senior.
