Coach Mo Gray

Coach Mo Gray is in her 7th season as a Memphis Metro Volleyball coach. Currently, Coach Mo is working with Metro’s 12 All-Star National Team. Last year Coach Mo worked with the 14 Elite team. Certifications include Cap I, and IMPACT. Throughout her tenure at Metro, Coach Mo has worked with many age groups that include 8 week, 13, 14, 15, and 17's. Outside of Metro activities, Coach Mo is currently contributing to the Arlington High School volleyball program, primarily focus is the Freshman team.
Coach Mo's coaching curriculum vitae includes USAV JO Club, High School JV and Freshman coach in great areas i.e., Colorado, Maryland, and Tennessee. To add on to her extensive back ground, Coach Mo was also a Volleyball Instructor at Arapahoe Community College from 1989-1993. Her playing career includes USAV Adult A Women's and CO-Ed A player from 1989-1997.
As an RN with a Masters of Science in Nursing, er current full-time career is as a Nursing Clinical Instructor at the University of Memphis. Coach Mo’s wonderful family includes her husband of 14 years, John (who retired this year after 21 years in the US Navy in 2009), 2 very active children, Maddie and JJ , and 4 soul warming dogs.
