Coach Maja Kostic is in her 1st season as a Memphis Metro Volleyball coach, and will be the 14 Elite Gold Coach this year. Coach Maja is IMPACT certified.

Coach Maja played for two years in Belgrade before coming to the United States. She played for 2 seasons for Christian Heritage school in Dalton, Ga. After graduating high school, Maja played for Kennesaw State University. There she had 2 successful years and led KSU in kills per set, in 2008 before suffering a fractured ankle that ended her season.

Coach Maja is currently playing volleyball for the University of Memphis. As an outside hitter, Coach Maja played in 96 sets in 2010 was ranked 6th in the C-USA with 26 aces. Coach Maja looks forward to sharing her volleyball knowledge and experience with Metro's young talented players.
