Coach Carolyn Baker is in her 1st season as a Memphis Metro Volleyball coach. Coach Carolyn is currently working with Metro’s 12 National team, and is IMPACT certified.

Outside of Metro, Coach Carolyn plays for the University of Memphis as a Middle Blocker. Her freshman year Coach Carolyn made the Conference USA All-Freshman team for the first time for Memphis since 2000.

During her high school career Coach Carolyn played club volleyball for the Houston Juniors. She helped her squad to a 3rd place finish in the U-16 Girls American Tournament in Gold Division.
