Coach Becky Shaffer is in her first season as a Memphis Metro Volleyball coach. Coach Becky is currently working with Metro’s 17 National team, and is IMPACT certified. Outside of Metro Coach Becky has been coaching since she was 14 years old, mainly in her home town of Cincinnati, Ohio. Coach Becky has worked with players of all ages and skill level. She also helped as an assistant coach for St. Margaret of York 3rd, 4th, and 6th graders, leading several of the teams to league and city championships. Not only has Coach Becky worked with girls but she also coached a boy’s club team for Cincinnati Attack.

Coach Becky has been playing volleyball for the past 12 years, and is currently a junior member and co-captain of the University of Memphis volleyball team. She is majoring in Chemistry with a concentration in Biochemistry and a minor in Spanish and Sociology.
