Coach Allison Welch is in her 1st season as a Memphis Metro Volleyball coach. Coach Allsion is currently working Metro’s pre-season try out clinics. Coach Allison is a Metro stand out alumni who received a scholarship to play at Christian Brothers University. Coach Allison has been playing volleyball going on 8 years, and is currently a freshman at Christian Brothers University. At Christian Brothers, Coach Allison leads her team as an outside hitter, with exceptional ball control and skill.

During her high school career Coach Allison was selected her senior year as the Mississippi Gatorade Player of the Year. Additionally she was also chosen on the All Conference Team in 2006-2010, and given the honor Best of the Preps 2007-2010. While she was in high school, Allison worked the Little Quistors Volleyball Camp at Olive Branch High School.
