Two metro teams took first place in the 14 Power and 16 Power Gold Divisions this past weekend at the Birmingham Valentines Day Bash Tournament. Both teams pulled out close exciting wins. The 14 All-Star National team took Delta Force to 3 games and in the 3rd game came out victorious! The 16 All-Star National team played a nail biter with Pensacola Volleyball in the first game of the Championship match with a score of 29-27. In the second game Metro was down 21-15 and came back after a time out and outscored their opponents 10-1 to finish the game 25-22! Congratulations to both teams!

The 13 All-Star National also had a great appearance finishing 2nd in the Gold Division. They made great runs through both days finishing well in their pool, and going undefeated in the Gold Bracket play up to
the Championship match. The girls finished 2nd in a tough weekend of play! Congratulations!

Metro's 14 Elite Red also had a great performance finishing 2nd place in the silver bracket in the 14's age group.
