Due to the unexpected weather conditions, and for everyone's safety Metro is closed today. Practices will resume as normal tomorrow unless otherwise noted.

METRO TEAMS IN THE NEWS
Two Metro teams find themselves in the Commercial Appeal after winning the Memphis Juniors Mid-South Blast tournament.

The Memphis Metro 13 National All-Star Team defeated the Memphis Juniors 13 National team to win the 2010 Memphis Juniors Mid-South Blast tournament in the 13-year-old gold division. The team includes Lindsey Farrell (front row, left), Brooke Rutherford, Katie Paine and Anna Stavrum; Cecily Gable (back row, left), Sydni Anderson, Kendall Seering, Roxanna Wood, Sydney Janeski, Kate Kheradvar, Olivia Howell and coach Katie Hybnerova.
